Twisted EvilOk you don't need 4 BS to do the last stage either. You only need to use the right gear and right support ship.

My buddy and I do it all the time and manage quite well.
Ya it gets kinda hairy at times, but it works.

Raven Setup:
Hi slots - 6x Siege 2x open slots or if you can fit stuff.
Med Slots - 1 EM, 1 Therm, 1 Kinet, 1 Explosive (Pref %55s)%50 ones work. 1 Shield boost amp, 1 XL Booster II.
Low slots - 5x PDU II

Use Explosive/thermal torps, mostly explosive though.
Check out the stats on the ships your shooting at prior.

Support ship: Apoc or Megathron works, My friend uses a megathron.

Mega Setup: Hi Slot- 2x Named Large energy Transfer arrays
4x Named Medium Shield Transfers
2x Named Heavy Nos
Med Slots - 4x Cap charger IIs
Low slots - 7x Cap power Relays

Obejective- Raven Warp in, Tank sentry damage, Boost when needed, at 780 boost a shot the sentries themselves aren't that bad. Mega warpin and get in front of you and move alligned to something just in case, make sure he's ahead or the uberfleet might attack him.

With this setup the mega should constantly run the Energy transfers and nos on you , your cap will hold even with constant shield boosting. Move a distance away, to gain a couple seconds time. 20-30km works fine. Target all frigate and spam missles, kill them all.

Mega can turn on and off the shield transfers as needed, to make sure his cap stays good.

You can maintain a 1400+ sheilds/5 seconds boost for about 7-10 minutes like this, he may need to turn off one or two shield transfers to maintain cap intermittently.

Have the mega drop drones to aid in the killing of other ships. After frigates, Kill the bs, then pwn the cruisers, then the sentries.

Then have fun going after the loot structures.

Granted we have pretty high sp, but it can be done with two ppl. Solo work on this isn't really advised.

PS: Have the support ship load a cargo full of torps. That way you don't need to do any warping around. And use Beserker drones too.

Why would you use a Nos on your own Raven? Won't this deplete it's cap?

You nos yourself, because your cap will hold just fine, and it gives your energy guy the ability to run all his stuff on you.

If he nos's npcs, sometimes they only give you a little cap and thats it. He can suck infinite cap off of my ship, while I maintain me energy and shield tank. Kinda cool :)
